Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi Hotel has recently appointed fresh pair of hands to take on culinary works, adding value to authentic cuisines Hossam Salah promises as the new Executive Head Chef to further improve the sector.
The Egyptian, 40, brings along over 20 years of cooking and serving experience, which he successfully acknowledged throughout his career path.
“I’m excited to lead a new team and face new challenges, I believe we’ll create outstanding new menus for our elegant guests and visitors,” Salah said.
In 1997, he decided to follow in his parents footsteps and take a 14 month culinary journey. He served at t eight different restaurants, and acknowledged international food traditions from local and European experts.
Salah leads a healthy lifestyle through nutritious cuisines, believing that in preparing fresh and local nutritious meals helps assist everyone to a healthy lifestyle. “I need to assist clients in making healthier choices and make them aware that eating healthy doesn’t mean sacrificing flavour or variety,” he said.
“I believe in preparing nutrient-dense meals using fresh, local, whole foods. Menus are custom-designed to meet any dietary restriction and food allergy to provide meals that will benefit your lifestyle.
