The pet programme offers a rewarding experience for children, allowing them to work closely with some of their inhouse resident animals and learning about their wellbeing.

The team at Emirates Park Zoo & Resort spent an entire afternoon introducing the participants of the Summer Camp to the wonders and wows of the animal kingdom while teaching them all about how to own happy and healthy pets.

The pet programme offers a rewarding experience for children, allowing them to work closely with some of their inhouse resident animals and learning about their wellbeing. The campers will be educated on how to be responsible pet guardians while having hands-on opportunities to learn more about the 4-legged animals to ensure they lead healthy lives.

Marketing Manager of Emirates Park Zoo, Naima Mahmoudi, said, “We all had a great time demonstrating and introducing new insights about animals to the kids. We hope that through this education programme, the children will take their passion for pets out of the camp and carry on the right habits of taking care of animals at home.”

Summer camp package is priced at 199AED daily and 800AED weekly, open to kids between 4-14 years of age. The program is held from Sunday through Thursday, 8:00am to 2:00pm daily.
