HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer receives delegation from Jebel Ali Churches Council

A delegation from the Jebel Ali Churches Council has visited HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), congratulating him on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr.

The delegation included Council Chairman Father Mina Hanna, Father Tim Heini, the representative of the Anglican Church, and Council Coordinator Osana Kazanjian.

Al Tayer emphasised that the UAE serves as a special role model for strengthening and spreading the values of tolerance and solidarity among various people and cultures. He added that the country upholds the values of compassion and cooperation towards the different cultures and nationalities residing in the UAE.

“We are committed to supporting religious, cultural and social activities that nurture compassion and tolerance among different categories of people and represent the real image of Islam,” added  Al Tayer.
