The award ceremony took place at Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi, where world leaders across all sectors of the global travel, tourism and hospitality industries received recognition for service excellence.
Receiving the award on behalf of his team, Mr. Enad Tannous, General Manager at the Grand Millennium Al Wahda, said, “It has been another prosperous year for us, where we’ve put our focus on maintaining quality and customer service. To receive such an accolade is a great honour.”
