Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence hosts Kundalini Yoga Retreat with World Champion Free Diver Sara Campbell

Yoga fans are in for a treat at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence, with the Hotel offering an “Art of Wellness Program” Yoga Retreat from 28^thFebruary-3^rd March 2013. The event will be hosted by Sara Campbell, world champion free diver and four time world record holder, who will be coaching participants on Kundalini Yoga. This type of yoga works on the mind-body connection and goes beyond the physical performance of poses, with its emphasis on breathing, meditation, mudras and chanting.

The retreat will include daily yoga sessions over three days, featuring Kundalini Yoga, a combination of meditation, asana and breathwork. The retreat is intended for guests at all levels of yoga practice, from beginners to seasoned devotees.
