flydubai is on the ball with HNK Rijeka

flydubai recently sponsored Croatian football team HNK Rijeka, for their winter training sessions in Dubai. As part of the tour, the team hosted an event at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Resort which was attended by representatives and fans of the club including members of the Croatian Tourism Board. flydubai’s mascot, Maya, attended the event, along with HNK Rijeka’s mascot, Sharkie. During their stay in Dubai, HNK Rijeka played several friendlies, including matches against Al Gharafa and Dubai Sports Club.

flydubai began flights to Croatia’s capital Zagreb at the end of 2014 and currently operates three flights a week. Economy Class return fares from Dubai to Zagreb start at AED2,200, while Business Class return fares start at AED7,800.
