FIFA World Cup Trophy Comes to QF as Aljam’a Celebration of Students Gets Under Way

As students and graduates of Qatar Foundation begin to enjoy a week-long celebration of their achievements, they have had a chance to meet a very special visitor – the FIFA World Cup™ Trophy.
One of sport’s most famous prizes, which is currently touring Qatar, has been displayed at Education City as the home of Qatar Foundation (QF) plays host to Aljam’a, a festival which is bringing together past and present QF students to share their stories and journeys, renew friendships, and build new connections.
Aljam’a will continue until May 12 at Multaqa (Education City Student Center) with its range of activities also being open for the public to enjoy. It is taking place in the week which also sees the annual QF Convocation ceremony being held, collectively celebrating the Classes of 2020, 2021, and 2022 of QF member Hamad Bin Khalifa University and QF’s partner universities.
