Ferrari World Abu Dhabi launches the new edition of ‘Formula Run’

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi announces the return of ‘Formula Run’ this Sunday, June 11th, in line with Ferrari's highly-anticipated comeback to the 91st edition of the 24-hour Le Mans race in France, which stands as a historic and highly esteemed 24-hour automobile race, recognized as one of the oldest and most prestigious events of its kind worldwide.
Throughout its extensive history, Ferrari has achieved an impressive record, securing nine overall victories and 29 class wins. This illustrious collection of accolades serves as a testament to the esteemed reputation of the Prancing Horse. After an absence of fifty years, Ferrari makes a remarkable return where two teams, each with 499Ps, prepare to compete in the race on June 10.
The Formula Run will take place at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, check in will be at 6:15 am and the run will commence at 7 am. The 2.5km route will take participants on a journey through the theme park, venturing out into Yas Mall and returning to the finish line via the enchanting Italian Village. The entry fee for this race is AED 65. For those looking for an intermediate level race, the 5km and 10km can be purchased at AED 95. All participants will get the chance to compete in their respective age groups to earn a spot on the podium and Ferrari-embroidered medals.
In addition to the main race, children under the age of eight can take part in the Ferrari 499-meter invitational dash, which will kick off at 8:15 am, also held inside the premises of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.
