With the debut of Rixos Premium Dubai located at the center of the iconic Jumeirah Beach Residence, its distinguished hospitality facilities are not the only subject in the spotlight. Executive Chef Inan Dogru who’s concepts for the luxury destination’s food and beverage scene has been increasingly gaining momentum among food critics, media and the public reveals his plans for the two main dining venues in Rixos Premium Dubai; Turquoise restaurant and Crystal Lounge.

The international-style restaurant Turquoise offers extravagant breakfast and dinner buffets inspired by the lavish traditions of the Turkish Sultans. Executive Chef Inan says, “Rixos Premium Dubai is going to house a one-of-a-kind dining scene where guests can experience a series of exquisite culinary journeys. My team and I are reinventing the traditional Turkish culture with respect to gastronomy and service. Each diner will be transported to the ethereal days of the Ottoman empire, lathering in treatment that befits a Sultan.” The chef recommends guests to try the Turkish style shawarma, popularly known as Döner kebab and the Iskender kebab. Guests can also indulge in exotic cuisines from all over the world including Mediterranean, India, pan-Asian and Middle Eastern in Turquoise restaurant.

Turquoise also debuts a buffet corner dedicated for diners with fitness and dietary concerns. The healthy food station features protein meals, chia puddings, oats, peanut butter banana loaves and whole grain bagels.

Executive Chef Inan Dogru has two decades of experience having worked with leading hotels in Europe and the Middle East. In April 2017, he was brought on to design and establish Rixos Premium Dubai’s Turquoise Restaurant and the luxurious Crystal Lounge.

The contemporary Turquoise Restaurant is labelled as a classic modern dining venue and offers a broad spectrum of cuisines.

For elegance and sophistication, guests can seek Crystal Lounge that features fresh and aromatic desserts, pastries and light breakfast items. Guests can indulge in a rich afternoon tea, business lunch, casual dinner or an idyllic social gathering with mesmerizing beach and pool views.
