EVOO Restaurant introduces sensory dining experience for the second time

In an innovative step to provide Sheraton Amman’s guests with an exciting dining experience, guests were invited to experience the concept of “Sensory Dining” for the second time. On Thursday March 5^th, 2015 diners had the opportunity to enjoy the unique culinary experience of dining while blindfolded. Without the use of sight, diners found their remaining senses of smell and taste, touch and hearing coming vividly to life in an ultimate heightening of all the senses and in the process discovering a new way to appreciate food and wine. Even when wearing a blindfold which everyone commented on how much more comfortable the blindfold was than expected.

Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel, General Manager Mr. Enda Mullin said: “This is our second “Sensory Dining” experience. And we fully intend to repeat this dining experience on a regular basis; as it is truly a unique way to enjoy the finest of food and wine in the company of friends”, Mr. Mullin confirmed.
