ENOC Honours Employees' Competence, Commitment, Achievements at Awards Ceremony

Employees of the ENOC Group were recently recognised at the Group’s annual award ceremony for their distinguished performance, initiative and commitment. Employees were also recognised for championing the Group’s core values and for accomplishments that have received accolade from external parties.

Attended by Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO of ENOC, along with ENOC’s senior executives, a total of 110 employees were honoured for their long employment service with the group and 15 employees were awarded for their excellence in performance and engagement.

The ENOC Elite Award assesses employees on five criteria: performance and achievement, initiative, co-operation with others, involvement and responsibility and supervisory capabilities. Submissions are evaluated by an independent and external assessment panel, where employees demonstrate their ability to overcome challenges, contribute to improving productivity and quality, innovate to generate revenue, reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
