Emirates Palace offers new menus in its luxurious restaurants

The Emirates Palace Hotel is preparing to provide new menu lists for its local, Mediterranean and international restaurants as part of its dining experience in the light of enriching the culinary journey of its guests. “Our aim is to always exceed our guests’ expectations & with our new menus, we are surely giving them the best cuisine the world has to offer,” said Bugra Berberoglu, Emirates Palace General Manager.

The award-winning seafood restaurant, Sayad, will be on the chef promise, re-opening on 15th September 2011, to taste new exclusive delicious treats and irresistible choices as well as a wide variety of unique dishes reflecting the vibrant cultures of the Pacific Rim prepared by Chef Shaun Anthony.

Another popular award-winning dining destination, Mezzaluna, treats guests to a journey through Italy’s finest culinary traditions, with Chef Andrea Montella’s October reinvented menu featuring more flavors and exciting new dishes.

BBQ Al Qasr in its turn cannot be ignored being one of the Palace’s distinguished outdoor restaurants. Bugra added: “The re-opening of BBQ Al Qasr restaurant, after the Summer break, will exceed our guests’ wishes to enjoy the cuisine of Eastern and Arabic food in an informal yet special setting, designed to enjoy a perfect Al fresco dining experience on Emirates Palace‘s pristine spectacular beach, especially after the completion of its new menu to suit all tastes, with a superb live musical atmosphere.”

Le Vendome buffet-styled restaurant is promising its lovers an unforgettable experience with its new buffet items ready to savour.

Emirates Palace also offers UAE nationals, residents and visitors from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the unique culinary delights and the new menu in Mezlai, the first 5 star Emirati restaurant in UAE, which specializes in traditional local dishes, especially with its newly created family buffet style lunch, every Friday, allowing authentic cuisine lovers to spend enjoyable moments with Emirati seafood, appetizers and desserts, in a complete privacy.
