Emarat discusses aspects of further collaboration with Exxon Mobil

Mr. Abdulrahman Qasim Al Ali, Commercial Sales Manager at Emirates General Petroleum Corporation "Emarat", held discussions with officials from the oils department at Exxon Mobil, the aspects of enhancing collaboration between the two establishments, during Exxon Mobil's visit to Emarat's headquarters in Dubai. The discussion especially focused on raw oil which is produced by Exxon Mobil, and is considered one of the best in the world. 

Mr Al Ali welcomed the oils department delegation from Exxon Mobil, which included - Mr. Ehab Nasr El Din, Base Stocks Sales & Key Accounts Manager; Mr. Tony Giles -  Base Stocks Territory Manager, UK / AME; and Mr. Murat Yum – Base Stocks Territory Manager, Mediterranean cluster met, in the presence of Mr. V S S Sarma, Manager (Tech). 

Mr. Al Ali stressed on Emarat's commitment to the enhancement of collaboration ties with Exxon Mobil. Emarat and Exxon Mobil's partnership had led to the launch of the Emojet operations to supply aviation fuel back in 1992, as that was Emarat's first step in the regional aviation fuel market. He also praised the partnership between the two companies in the Middle East Lube Company "MELBCO", in Jebel Ali. 

The meeting also addressed the possibility of benefiting from Exxon Mobil's long experience in the field of oil production, especially in the mechanisms of performance quality improvement, cost reduction and other logistic matters. Both parties stressed on the importance of continuous development and cooperation.   

It is worth noting that Emarat oil products rely basically on the raw oil manufactured by Exxon Mobil, which gives it high quality and efficiency in performance and use.
