EMAL elite to spark success in workforce

Emirates Aluminium (EMAL) held its ‘1^st Falah Annual Corporate Awards’ ceremony to officially celebrate the exceptional achievements made by the Al Taweelah smelter’s top performing staff. The landmark industrial diversification project’s ‘Falah Campaign’ has been created to recognise EMAL employees that have gone above and beyond the call of duty in the pursuit of excellence, and aims to establish winners as  a shining example  to “spark success” in colleagues. 

Saeed Fadhel Al Mazrooei, EMAL’s President and CEO, said: “The awards help to create a collaborative and inclusive workforce, where employees are encouraged to contribute and suggest ideas, promote a safe working environment and work in line with EMAL’s core values. I personally congratulate the winners who has delivered outstanding performances and earned these prestigious awards. Through leading by example, our best and brightest employees are an example to us all.” 

Chairman of EMAL, H.E. Khaldoun Al Mubarak, EMAL Vice Chairman, Abdulla Kalban and President and CEO, Saeed Fadhel Al Mazrooei presented Falah Silver, Gold and Platinum awards to Leyson Ecuacion, Jacob Mathew, and Naseem-Ul Hasnane respectively, at an event attended by top EMAL management and employees.
