Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority launches redesigned website with user-friendly interface

Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority (DTMFZA) today announced the launch of its revamped website www.dtmfza.gov.ae featuring an easy-to-navigate interface that allows quick access to information. 

The customer-centric website has been designed to serve as a single-window information channel for prospective and current business partners, investors, engineering consultants, contractors, developers as well as service providers including legal and business advisors.

The website provides comprehensive inform#mce_temp_url#ation on setting up and operating a business in Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone, as well as the laws and regulations that apply in the free zone. Customers can directly download forms for registration and licensing services, zoning processes and procedures.

The revamped website encourages stakeholder engagement that will enable DTMFZA to enhance its service offering. The website is currently in English, with plans underway for the launch of an Arabic version. 

DTMFZA’s launch of its redesigned portal coincides with the UAE Customer Service Week that kicked off today and will run until 6 October.

His Excellency Ahmed Bin Byat, Director General, Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority, said: “DTMFZA commends the Department of Economic Development in Dubai for its recent initiative to create a single web portal to deal with investors. This move will enhance the investment environment and competitiveness of the emirate. The redesigned website for Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone underlines the same objective.

“Through implementing practical initiatives that reach out directly to companies and investors, we are working towards securing increased foreign direct investments. We also hope the regulatory information published on the website will serve to increase transparency and raise awareness among our stakeholders.”
