Dubai Customs staff express love and gratitude to the UAE President for his multiple initiatives towards the nation and the world

In spontaneous interaction with the initiative of loyalty and gratitude, ‘Thank You Khalifa’, to the UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan – launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, on the anniversary of his accession as Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai; Dubai Customs’ staff community took part in writing down words of thanks and gratitude to the UAE leader, in which they expressed deep gratitude and appreciation to His Highness, whose generosity reached out to many regions outside the nation, and whose wise leadership and far-sighted vision have enlightened  the paths of progress in the UAE. Their comments were recorded in a special register dedicated for this noble initiative. 

H.E. Ahmed Butti Ahmed, Executive Chairman of Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation , Director General of Dubai Customs , wrote, "The initiatives of the nation’s leader have made us the happiest people in the world," affirming that the UAE President deserves our respect and appreciation for his noble positions and generosity to the people of the UAE, and for feeling the needs of the people through several initiatives aimed at providing a decent life for all UAE citizens. 

The Director General of Dubai Customs noted that ‘Thank You Khalifa’ initiative epitomizes the unity of our wise leadership by expressing loyalty, gratitude and appreciation to the UAE President, who assumed the responsibility leading this nation, harnessing all its physical and human resources to complete the journey started by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan – Allah bless him. The UAE has become, under his reigns, one of the world’s developed countries owing to the wise vision of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Dubai Customs’ higher management officers, senior executives, directors and managers, as well as a large number of employees joined the festivity to convey their delight at Sheikh Mohammed’s initiative which represents the solid affiliation between UAE leadership and people. The move also revealed the immense love, respect and appreciation felt by nationals and residents alike towards His highness the UAE President, who lends his generous hands and heart not only to his fellow citizens , but also to so many people around the globe.
