du Launches Two New Prepaid Plans To Provide Greater Flexibility To Customers Across the UAE

du, from Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC), has announced the launch of the new ‘Flexi’ and ‘Easy’ prepaid mobile plans to offer customers the freedom to choose a plan that best suits their individual preferences. The main features include full customization of voice and data packs, free unlimited calls to a favourite number, free unlimited voice and video calls through with select options, and a comprehensive digital experience on the du app.

Responding to customer’s needs for simplicity and a higher degree of control over their mobile plans, the Prepaid ‘Flexi’ Plan offers customers the option of customizing the data and voice they want starting at only AED 49. Customers also get the enjoy unlimited calls to any favourite du number of their choice included for free. In addition, plans of AED 99 and above also offer customers free unlimited voice and video Internet calls through the BOTIM and C’me apps. With this launch, du has also revamped their app and now, customers can manage all the features of this plan and more, through the updated du app. Customers also have the option of changing their data and voice combinations at any given time with no additional charges.

The second plan, the Prepaid ‘Easy’, has been launched to cater to customers who are not keen on committing to a monthly mobile spend. This plan will offer customers pay-per-use rates with the option of choosing from a wide range of data and voice add-on bundles. All ‘Easy’ plan customers who recharge with AED 25 or more at a time, will get free unlimited calls to any favourite du number of their choice.

New customers can buy their ‘Flexi’ or ‘Easy’ Prepaid SIMs at any the du shops or our partners outlets across the UAE. Existing customers have the option of migrating to the Flexi or Easy prepaid plans whenever they wish, easily and conveniently through the du app or by dialing *111*100#. All existing cash balances will be carried forward, and the plans will come with lifetime validity.
