du and mPay simplify prepaid recharging in another UAE first announced at GITEX Technology Week 2015
In another UAE first, du customers can now recharge their prepaid mobile number simply by using mPay. This new du service was announced at GITEX Technology Week 2015. Adding a further method to recharge is just another way that du is simplifying its customers’ lives.
Fahad Al Hassawi, Chief Commercial Officer, du, said: “As the first operator to offer prepaid recharge through mPay, we are delighted to facilitate convenience to our customers in recharging their prepaid du lines on the go. We are certain that this will be well received by our customers.”
mPay enables customers to inquire about and pay their utility bills by using the app. du customers using Android and iOS devices can download mPay for free and register. Thereafter, they can use the app to recharge their prepaid mobile number. Additionally, du customers can use mPay to pay their outstanding postpaid mobile and home bills.
