DPG announces participation in Cityscape Global 2012

Dubai Properties Group (DPG), a member of Dubai Holding, today announced its participation in the 2012 Cityscape Global event, the region’s most influential international real estate event taking place from 2 to 4 October 2012 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

This year’s Cityscape Global event is expected to host a record number of international and local pavilions and will be used as a sales and communications platform for DPG to engage with potential stakeholders who are keen to invest in the real estate market in Dubai.

Speaking about DPG’s participation at the event, Mr. Khalid Al Malik, Group CEO said: “Cityscape will be an important business platform for us this year, allowing us to actively pursue sales of our diverse portfolio and engage with investors and stakeholders on future plans. The market is well positioned for growth and recovery and I believe Cityscape this year will reflect the current market outlook; both for developers and investors.”

DPG’s 390 sq metre stand, located in hall 7, will feature a number of DPG’s Built to Sell communities located in prime areas including Business Bay; a central business district which includes mixed used developments, The Walk at JBR; Dubai’s only outdoor shopping and lifestyle destination by the beach, The Villa; a residential retreat in DUBAILAND and Remraam community.

In addition, DPG will showcase its Built to Lease communities including Shorooq and Ghoroob residential developments in the heart of Mirdif, Al Khail Gate which is a modern housing development conveniently located close to the city and Nuzul; a benchmark residential community for skilled staff.
