Dollar Opens in Jafza One Convention Centre

Dollar, one of the fastest growing car rental companies in the region, today announced the opening of its branch in JAFZA One Convention Centre Complex in Jebel Ali.

The new 4,000 square foot facility will provide local and international companies including surrounding areas within the Jebel Ali Free Zone with access to Dollar’s fleet of cars and light commercial vehicles through a range of daily, weekly and longer-term programmes. It will have a full-service counter that will deliver integrated and comprehensive facilities for all of Dollar’s valued customers.

Marwan Al Mulla, General Manager for UAE and Oman, said: “We are seeing an increased demand for business and consumer rental services especially that the whole of the UAE is looking forward to the opening of Expo 2020. The Jebel Ali area is a place with immense opportunity for businesses and since it will be the centre of conventions and exhibitions in a few more years, more people and companies will need to stay mobile, whether hiring a vehicle for an important meeting or requiring a replacement for their own car. This new branch represents Dollar’s important operation expansion across the country and the region.”

The JAFZA One Convention Centre is an alternative venue for big events which are currently being held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. Situated at the heart of the Jebel Ali Free Zone between Dubai and Abu Dhabi with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road, JAFZA One is in close proximity to all of Dubai’s key business, residential, shopping, leisure landmarks and the Expo 2020 Dubai exhibition venue..

The Dollar outlet at JAFZA One will be open from Saturday to Thursday, from 9am to 6pm. The new branch is designed with features that will allow the rental company to provide the highest level of car rental service experience to customers in a relaxed and convenient location. Customers will be able to rent any of Dollar’s extensive fleet of vehicles including the specialty cars such as Jeep Wrangler, Dodge Charger, BMW, Mini Cooper, Volkswagen GTI, 4x4s and convertible cars.
