Diyar Al Muharraq Launches Sixth Edition of “Tumouh” Training Program

Diyar Al Muharraq, the largest real estate development company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has announced the launch of the sixth edition of its annual training program “Tumouh”, reaffirming its commitment to developing young Bahraini talent and equipping graduates with practical skills for the engineering and real estate development sectors.

Applications will be open from January 13 to February 13, 2026, for graduates in civil and electrical engineering, architecture, real estate development, and quantity surveying. The six-month program will run from April to September 2026, offering participants hands-on professional experience across the company’s projects.

Commenting on the launch, Eng. Ahmed Ali Alammadi, Chief Executive Officer of Diyar Al Muharraq, said: “Tumouh is a core pillar of our efforts to empower Bahraini youth. We are proud to have welcomed 22 participants since the program's inaugural edition, with each trainee completing over 1,000 intensive training hours. By providing this extensive real-world exposure, we aim to prepare a new generation capable of meeting market needs and contributing significantly to the growth of the real estate sector.”

The Tumouh training program focuses on enhancing participants’ technical and professional capabilities while familiarizing them with Diyar Al Muharraq’s corporate culture and values.
