Department of Municipal Affairs reviews "Musharaka" project with Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development and Abu Dhabi General Services “Musanada”

Within the framework of cooperation with the stakeholders to achieve the best results, the Department of Municipal Affairs ”DMA” in Abu Dhabi held a meeting for a live demo of Knowledge Management Project “Musharaka” with Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development ADCED and Abu Dhabi General Services “Musanada”. The meeting came as a demonstration of DMA experience in this project and what has been achieved through it as well as showing the future goals. The attendees included representatives from Musanada and from Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development ADCED.

 Sarah Mubarak Mehairbi, Knowledge Management Manager, and Mohammed Khalil, Portal Administrator, reviewed Musharaka project’s objectives which are raising the efficiency and the productivity of the employees, improving their performance, which in turn lead to improve the quality of services provided by the municipal system to its customers. Along with the objectives, Musharaka team discussed the importance of this project to the municipal system particularly and to all of the government entities in Abu Dhabi Emirate in general.

Ms. Al Mehairbi explained how this project contributed in facilitating the communication process for all of the municipal system employees in terms of sharing knowledge, news and data which has contributed to assist and develop the work process without having to delay issues or postponing the work.

At the end of the meeting, everyone expressed their appreciation for the work made by the Knowledge Management team and their efforts in providing assistance and exchanging knowledge with other government and private entities. They agreed to hold more meetings on a regular basis in order to get the updates and discuss ways of future cooperation.
