DED presents certificate of appreciation to ‘Sugar Factory’

The Department of Economic Development (DED) has presented a certificate of appreciation to ‘Sugar Factory,’ the newly opened celebrity favourite American Brasserie in Dubai in honour of the unique concept being brought to the city under franchise by Tablez Food Company, the F&B division of leading retailer Lulu International Group.
The certificate was handed over during a ceremony held recently at Sugar Factory’s first overseas home at Dubai Festival City, in the presence of Abdulla Saeed Alzaabi, Director External Branches Department at DED, and Sajan Alex, Vice President - GCC and India, Tablez Food Company to mark the recent successful entry of the group. DED praised the new concept being brought to Dubai and said it would be a proud addition to the vast variety of food choices and international brands present in Dubai.
Receiving the certificate, Sajan Alex said: “Since inception in 2010, Tablez Food Company has always strived to bring extraordinary culinary experiences to our Arabian shores through varied homegrown and international food concepts. Having been bestowed this honour and recognition by DED fills us with great pride and inspires us to continue providing uniquely world-class cuisines to all our diners.”
