CTA signs agreement with al-Dallah Rent-a-Car to add more Toyota vehicles to fleet

Central Trade and Auto Company (CTA), the exclusive dealer for Toyota, Lexus, and Hino vehicles in the Kingdom, recently finalized an agreement with al-Dallah Rent-a-Car to purchase 10 brand new, specially priced Toyota Avanza vehicles, and one Toyota Fortuner for al-Dallah’s rental car fleet.

Ahmad Abu Matar from al-Dallah Rent-a-Car added that Toyota was their first choice when it came to upgrading their fleet. According to Abu Matar, Toyota vehicles include the most advanced technology and have the least environmental impact. The economic mini MVP Toyota Avanza has numerous features that make it perfect for a variety of lifestyles. The 1.5-litre VVTi engine produces a peak 103 horsepower and 136 Nm of torque, while the 1.3-litre model produces a peak of 91 horsepower and 117 Nm of torque. The Avanza boasts an assortment of advanced features that guarantee passenger comfort. Also standard with each vehicle are fog lamps, tilt steering with integrated audio controls, a 2-DIN head unit with AUX, USB and six speakers. ABS, EBD and dual airbags. New features include a one-touch tumble-down function for the middle row seats, more powerful air ventilation, and a classy, all-black interior.

The Fortuner combines elements of sport and luxury, notable for its spacious interior and advanced features. Its 2.7-litre VVT-i (Variable Valve Timing with intelligence) engine produces up to 170 horsepower at 5200 rpm. Impressively, it is able to generate 241 Nm of torque at 3800 rpm.

The Fortuner delivers a rich lineup of features that guarantee passenger comfort. The car is equipped with ABS brakes, an interior chrome finish, dual zone A/C (front and rear), folding electric mirrors, parking sensors, remote power door locks, audio steering controls, and iPod auxiliary link-up. Additionally, the car is equipped with two airbags for driver and passenger, as well as many other advanced features.

This is the second major deal between CTA and al-Dallah Rent-a-Car. Last December CTA provided al-Dallah with 17 Toyota Yaris vehicles.
