The Cellar, Spanish restaurant at Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha located on the old airport will be re-opening its door for lunch starting September, welcoming guests to once again delight with its authentic cuisine and warm atmosphere.

The Spanish restaurant venue is known for its casual yet vibrant dining experience set amidst a warm ambiance and unrivaled cuisine. Boasting an extensive selection of traditional flavors designed for sharing platters and to lend itself perfectly to an enjoyable dining atmosphere.

Along with the lunch re-opening, The Cellar is set to introduce two new offers to cater to the regular and new diners. On every Saturday, ladies can pamper themselves over Spanish tapas and beverages for QAR 55 from Noon- 5:00 PM, “Hola Señoritas” will be available every Saturday from September 4 onwards.

Diners can enjoy a selection of three-course Spanish set menu business lunch cooked at the open kitchen of The Cellar. “Vamos, lunchtime at The Cellar” offers a selection of starters to choose from; Ensalada de queso (caramelized goat cheese salad), Gazpacho soup (tomato soup) or Ensalata mixta (mixed salad) followed by diner’s choice of main-course; Pollo en Pepitoria (chicken in almond sauce) or Pinchos Morunos de Cordero (lamb skewer) and lastly, a sweet treat to end the meal. Business set lunch will be available during weekdays from Noon to 3:00 PM for QAR 110.

The dining experience at The Cellar whether it’s for lunch, dinner, networking, after office gathering or a weekend night out with friends, has a bit of everything for everyone, satisfying the most discerning palates and those who are in quest for a new gastronomic journey. Guests can start their week with Domingo de Vino y Tapas every Sunday, Mussels Night every Tuesday or simply come for Happy Hour, available daily from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM-Midnight.
