Guests can then enjoy an array of plated starters, including Sabudana Ki Tikki (sago pearls tikki stuffed with roasted peanut & fig chutney), Hari Mirch Ka Paneer Tikka (roasted cottage cheese tikka filled with pickled chilli chutney), Kasundi Mushroom (stuffed chestnut mushroom coated in yellow mustard marinade), and Bhatti Ka Nadru(grilled lotus stem infused with bhatti-style marinade).

Served family-style, the main course brings a selection of soulful favourites to the table. Dishes include Palak Paneer(cottage cheese cubes tossed with spinach, garlic and onion-tomato masala), Subz Diwani Handi (seasonal vegetables tossed with onion, tomato and cashew gravy), Aloo Jhakiya (tempered potatoes with wild mustard and coriander), and the classic Dal Makhani (creamy black lentil enriched with butter). To accompany the feast, diners can enjoy Boondi Raita, freshly baked Tandoori Breads, Bedmi Poori, and fragrant Jeera Mutter Pulao (Cumin & Peas Pilaf).

A sweet finale completes the experience with a plated dessert of Milk Cake served with fresh Mango, Saffron Sauce, Saffron Ice Cream, and Rose Cookies, followed by traditional Indian Mithai served with tea or coffee.
