Capital Club hosts Haute CouTea event

Members and guests of the Capital Club, Bahrain, the Kingdom’s premier private business club, had a sneak peek at the latest fashion and jewellery designs by three prominent designers during an exclusive “Haute CouTea” event  held at the Club, recently.  More than 50 members and guests attended the event and enjoyed the viewing of the latest collections of fashion designs and jewellery, with live music provided by Bahrain’s own popular Alphonse Bahri.

During the event, the members and guests had the unique opportunity to listen to the fashion designers, Sima Ahmed, Khaleda Rajab and Leylan Savasman, share their entrepreneurial experiences and network in a relaxed chic atmosphere. In addition, Abir Achkar, image and makeover consultant gave a short presentation on color analysis.

On display was the luxurious and feminine Sima Ahmed fashion collection which reflected a seductive world of magical tales with a delightfully oriental touch.  Bahrain’s newest and brightest fashion designer, Khaleda Rajab, who has begun making waves in the West, presented her latest work incorporating her own manufactured textiles. In addition, members and guests had the opportunity to see strikingly unique hand-crafted jewellery presented by Leylan Savasman.
