“SIMS is a chance for us to interact with customers from different age groups and backgrounds. Therefore we are showing our full line up to cater to each market segment displaying our latest 2012 models,” said Faisal Abdullah, Vice President of Abdul Latif Jameel (ALJ). “This year’s highlights are Toyota’s latest FT-86 concept car and the reveal of the all new Camry 2012 model for the first time to the Saudi public.

“The all new Camry 2012 in its seventh generation will build on the strong foundation and heritage that previous generations have set and made the Camry one of the best-selling and most loved car in Saudi Arabia and the world. Fuel economy, handling stability, new sophisticated technology and advanced safety measures as well as the new redefined progressive exterior and spacious interior make the Camry 2012 a benchmark in its segment”.

“The display of the FT-86 concept car gives our customers the chance to get a glimpse into the future of Toyota. The FT-86 is an entirely driver-oriented concept, designed to give form to the intrinsic joy of driving through precise, instantaneous responses to even the smallest throttle or steering input.”

Toyota hosts the largest booth at the Saudi International Motor Show occupying 1129 square meters of space within the exhibition center and 708 square meters of outdoor display space.

Mr. Abdulla continued. “To maximize our presence at the event, in the outdoor area we are displaying our full commercial vehicle line-up”.

To make its presence at the Motor Show a joyful experience for everybody, Toyota is offering various competitions for young visitors, special accessorized versions of cars for Toyota enthusiasts, and a Toyota Café for visitors who want to enjoy a relaxing moment.”
