Al Bustan Center & Residence organizes the Aerobics Marathon

Al Bustan Centre and Residence, the popular hotel apartment among visiting tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, recently organized “Aerobics Marathon” at the hotel’s health club, to motivate and energize the members to work out regularly and achieve their goals to stay fit and healthy. 

Attended by more than 20 participants, the aerobic marathon combined four different classes such as Dance Fusion, Energy Step, Zumba, and ABT Blaster. It was held for two hours of non-stop, heart pumping and fun filled exercises combined with upbeat music that added more energy to the class. 

Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer of Al Bustan Centre and Residence said: “I am glad to see enthusiasm in my team and consider marathon activity very important as it gives energy and motivation in everyone’s busy schedule. I would like to congratulate the winners and wish them good luck for the up-coming Aerobics Marathon every quarter. We hope to continue conducting such activities in order to motivate our club members and staff”. 

After the event, three major awards were given to the participants with exemplary performance. “Most Graceful Award”, “Endurance Award” and “Star of the night” were the three different categories for awards. Winners were awarded with a certificate of appreciation and they looked forward to stay longer with the health club and make it a part of their Fitness life. 

Due to the excellent response, the property plans to hold the event every three months to gather more participants.
