Burgan Bank, a dynamic and progressive organization, supported by a growing Learning and development department, recently incorporated The Leadership Challenge® (an evidence-based global leadership development program) internally to address the evolving needs of its leaders. Recognized as a prominent brand that consistently adheres to growing leadership development demands, the new program aims to improve leadership behaviors and competencies of its middle and senior management to sustain Burgan Bank’s position as a performance powerhouse.

Now known worldwide as the most practical model of leadership development, and the associated central psychometric tool (LPI) as the most benchmarked for research purposes, The Leadership Challenge® is being successfully offered to forty leaders at Burgan Bank who are actively involved in the initiative.
