BisB Wins Best Application for Smart Devices Award

Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB), the leading provider of Islamic digital banking services in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has achieved the "Best Application for Smart Devices" Award at the eGovernment Excellence Awards 2023. The awards took place alongside the 12th edition of the Bahrain International eGovernment Forum under the patronage of His Excellency General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, Chairman of the Ministerial Committee for Information & Communication Technology (MCICT) at Exhibition World Bahrain.
BisB Digital is a bilingual, easy-to-use mobile application with a simplistic design and a number of benefits and features which have earned its recognition as "Best Application for Smart Devices", including: face and fingerprint recognition, opening a bank account within minutes, cardless cash withdrawals, sending or receiving money, as well as managing: credit limits, card security, budget and savings, and other benefits.

The eGovernment Excellence Awards launched in 2008 as a strategic platform for the Information & eGovernment Authority that aims to celebrate leading ICT initiatives within the community across various fields with the participation of the public and private sectors and community-driven organizations.
