BisB Announces Major Sponsorship of “The Family Forum”

Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB), the leading provider of digital banking services in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced its sponsorship of “The Family Forum”, held by Kaaf Humanitarian, a charitable organization under Al Eslah Society. The event took place on Saturday, 18th of February at the Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel in Manama.
The Forum hosted a range of insightful seminars presented by several experts including: “Managing the Family Budget” with Mr. Aref Khalifa, “Mental Health in the Family” with Mr. Mohammad Al Haji, “Emotional Intelligence” with Kuwaiti specialist, Dr. Ayoob Al Ayoob, and a female-only session entitled “For a Blissful Married Life” with Kuwaiti expert, Dr. Hanan Al Qattan.
All the various seminars and discussions aimed to spread awareness to prospective spouses on the different aspects of family life, preparations for potential challenges, and guidance on how to overcome them. Attendees were also familiarized with the projects and facilities provided by government entities, alongside the services and support offered by Kaaf.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Yaser Alsharifi, Chief Executive Officer of BisB, said: “We are pleased to be sponsoring, “The Family Forum”, a first of its kind event welcoming a host of family counselling and marital relations’ professionals. The forum aimed to establish a well-informed, family society possessing the knowledge necessary to achieve family stability. On his end, Mr. Mohammed Jassim Sayar, CEO of Kaaf Humanitarian, expressed his gratitude to BisB for their generous sponsorship of the event. He also commended the Bank for showcasing its belief in the importance of the family as the core of the community through which its stability results in happiness. Al Eslah Society’s Kaaf Humanitarian organized this event with the aim of educating young Bahrainis on several key aspects to begin a family life based on a solid foundation of information that will help contribute to the development of society, in addition to exposing them to the projects and facilities offered by government entities to all family members, and the services provided by Kaaf to newlyweds.
