Biolab participates in IAA Career’s Day

In line with its aims to support the development of education, Biolab, the exclusive Biomnis dealer in the Kingdom, recently participated in a career day hosted by the International Amman Academy School (IAA), held for students between ninth and eleventh grade. 

The event featured the participation of H.E. Mr. Samir Al Rifai Jordan’s past prime minister, and Captain Carol Rabadi, as well as other distinguished figures. 

Through its participation, Biolab offered an overview of the scope of work required within the laboratories, healthcare, and diagnostic sectors, alongside services provided within them. Attendees were also introduced to the nature of job opportunities this sector offers, while also asking questions during a Q&A session, followed by distribution of leaflets highlighting Biolab’s latest services. 

“Our participation in this event stems from our aims to guide students in their career choices, as we want to help introduce them to a wide range of specialties and academic paths best suitable for their abilities,” said CEO of Biolab Dr. Amid Abdelnour “such activities, as this career day, will guarantee a future of excellence in the students’ future careers. We do feel we hold the responsibility for supporting youth in particularly students through participating in their academic guidance process. We feel that such support will contribute to reducing the unemployment rate among young graduates while elevating the development of Jordan professionally, economically and socially.” 

 Notably, this participation falls in line with Biolab’s long term CSR strategy, a strategy which is implemented in collaboration with other civil society organizations and educational institutions to bring further social development especially in the fields of healthcare and youth empowerment.
