Bayut.com Moves HQ to Accommodate Growing Business in Dubai

Bayut.com, the UAE’s leading property portal recently shifted their headquarters from Dubai Internet City to a sprawling 9000 ft² space in the creative and innovation-driven neighbourhood of Dubai Design District (d3), to accommodate their rapidly growing team.

While Bayut.com officially launched in 2008, and went on to win the MSNBC Best Property Portal Award the following year, their period of rapid growth really kicked off in 2014 when CEO Haider Ali Khan joined the team. Just three years (and three offices) later, Bayut.com grew from 5 employees and 125 clients to over 100 employees and close to 800 clients.

The growth is also evident in the traffic that the online portal receives each year: 97M pageviews through 14.5M visits across both English and Arabic versions of the website. Additionally, Bayut.com enjoys 5.3M unique visitors every year, caters to over 355K registered members and has welcomed over 980K visits to its iOS and Android app.

The new office is just a stone’s throw away from the centre of Dubai’s bustling Downtown and commercial focal point, DIFC.
