Bab Al Qasr Hotel Celebrates UAE Flag Day
Bab Al Qasr Hotel joined the entire nation in celebrating the UAE Flag Day, 2 November, 2017. The special occasion stood as a symbol of unity and solidarity of the five-star hotel in remembrance of the country’s long-standing heritage and the loyalty of its countrymen.
The UAE Flag Day was solemnly commemorated through a flag raising ceremony followed by the singing of the national anthem, where the luxury hotel’s staff and management joined together to pay respect to the UAE flag situated in the front of the hotel to mark the oneness among different nationalities to the country. The ceremony saw the attendance of guests including H.E. Al Haj bin Abdullah Al Muhairbi former President of the Federal National Council, Mr. Ibrahim Mohammed Al Hadidi, and H.E. Ermal Dredha, Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to the UAE along with Mr. Yahia M. Bakr, CEO of Emirates – Morocco General Trading and Investment Company and Mr. Murshed Al Shamsi, Bab Al Qasr Hotel’s Director of Protocol.

Launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the UAE Flag Day serves as a national celebration which marks the accession of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan as President of the UAE.
