Phases 2 and 3 have now reached 48 per cent and 26 per cent respectively. Riviera, Azizi’s highly sought-after French Mediterranean-inspired community in the heart of MBR City, is one of Dubai’s most popular residential destinations.

The master planned community boasts homes that offer spectacular views of the city’s skyline and ensure generous space, spread across three districts: an extensive retail boulevard, a canal walk with artisan eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins — a lush-green social space.
