ASUS launches USB-AC56 ASUS AC1200 Wi-Fi Adapter

ASUS Middle East today announced the USB-AC56 AC1200 Wi-Fi Adapter with dual-band 802.11ac for high-performance wireless networking with next-generation wireless routers. The USB-AC56 features a USB 3.0 connection with support for wireless data rates up to 300Mbit/s at 2.4GHz and 867Mbit/s at 5GHz with compatible routers. 

High-performance Wi-Fi with enhanced coverage

The compact ASUS USB-AC56 is ideal for use with both desktop and laptop PCs, both in home and office environments. The dual internal antenna design gives great wireless network coverage with minimal desktop clutter, while the removable high-gain external antenna boosts reception still further in weak Wi-Fi signal areas. The USB-AC56 also includes a desktop cradle with a three-foot cable for more flexible positioning in troublesome Wi-Fi reception areas.

Wi-Fi coverage is enhanced further by exclusive ASUS AiRadar technology that shapes the wireless signal regulates transmission power and direction according to the location of the router for the best possible connection.
