Arjaan by Rotana Hosts Free Workshop on Spine Health

As part of its consistent efforts to spread awareness on healthy lifestyle and wellness in the community, Arjaan by Rotana Dubai hosted a free workshop on spine health accompanied by a check-up and sports massage session which was conducted by Burjeel Hospital.

The workshop was conducted in line with a “Watch Your Back Campaign” intended to create awareness about back pain and other musculoskeletal problems caused by the sedentary lifestyle in offices. The workshop saw widespread participation from in-house guests and executives working in various corporate offices in the nearby vicinity of the hotel located in Dubai Media City.

The workshop included an Ergonomics Seminar, Office Exercise Demonstration, Sports Massage Session, GP Consultation as well as a medical checkup. It was hosted by Dr. Saed Saleymeh, Director of Nursing and Head of Training & Education at Burjeel Hospital for Advanced Surgery.
