Alpen Capital and Bank Sarasin-Alpen celebrate Sustainability Week

Alpen Capital along with Bank Sarasin-Alpen celebrated Sustainability Week from 2nd October to 6th October across all locations. The week titled “Let’s Go Sustainable!” was designed to encourage employees to adopt a more sustainable approach in their day to day activities and contribute towards a more sustainable future.

The organizations listed out various initiatives as a part of the week and some of the key changes include introduction of recycled paper for all marketing documents & business cards, recycled waste management across locations as well as a tree planting activity. A sustainable transport day was organized educating employees on the various options available to them and how little changes in their lifestyle can make a difference. Employees also got a chance to test how sustainability savvy they are by taking part in the Sustainability quiz on the last day of the week. The quiz was organized with the purpose of promoting increased awareness on sustainable living. 

Employees across all locations also came together for a tree planting activity in partnership with the Emirates Environmental Group (EEG) which is a group dedicated to protecting the environment through education, action programs and community involvement.
