An all women line up captivates audience at the Global Fusion

Bank Sarasin-Alpen and Alpen Capital Dubai hosted the Global Fusion concert on Saturday, 28 January 2012 at the Convention Centre of the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai. 2012 marks the eighth year of Global Fusion in Dubai and this time around the audience were enthralled by the power packed all women line up. 

Welcoming the guests to the Global Fusion event, Mr. Fidelis M Goetz, Head of Private Banking, Bank Sarasin & Co., Ltd, Switzerland spoke about the evolution of the Global Fusion concert which till date has featured over 80 international artistes. He also highlighted the importance the organizations’ place on promoting local talent and giving them a platform to perform with world renowned names. 

This year’s ‘Global Fusion was led by the “Bond Quartet” known for their classical cross over music. The artistes from the Bond Quartet put up a stunning performance along with Anuradha Pal, Sharon Maricle, Sharel Cassity, Burcu Karadag, Antonia Jinemez and Concepcion Jareno, the Flamenco dancer. The two young and talented musicians from the UAE - Khawla Al Rayhy and Fatima Al Hashemi also gave a memorable performance.
