Al Hamra Real Estate continues to strengthen its distinguished record of accreditations and achievements, having completed the re-certification audit for three ISO standards granted by (Bureau Veritas). This achievement reaffirms the ongoing alignment of its management systems with international requirements and represents a continuation of its Enhancement Strategy, designed to elevate management efficiency, reinforce operational excellence, and embed best practices consistently across its operations.

Within the framework of this strategy, Al Hamra Real Estate Company renewed three ISO certifications for its management systems, having maintained continuous compliance with international requirements and applied them consistently across its operations. These include ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management Systems, which reflects the company’s commitment to best practices in quality management, continuous improvement, and service excellence. ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management Systems underscores its dedication to effective environmental management, performance improvement, and support for sustainability practices. ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems demonstrates its commitment to providing a safe and healthy work environment through effective risk management and prevention of work-related injuries. Together, these certifications highlight the integration of Al Hamra’s management systems, supporting operational efficiency and sustainable performance across both Al Hamra Shopping Center and Al Hamra Business Tower.

Al Hamra Shopping Center was also awarded three honorary medals across the categories of Physical Activity Promotion, Community Support, and Environmental Sustainability.
