Al Bustan Centre & Residence, the popular hotel-apartment among tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, hosted a wellness program for their employees consisting of diet and wellness consultation along with a body composition analysis in association with VLCC Wellness.

As part of their Responsible Awareness Program, the event aimed at keeping employees health and also focused on actively boosting their emotional well-being.

All the participants received a free medical check-up for Body Composition Analysis to determine their lifestyle and eating habits, identify symptoms that may indicate hidden health problems and encourage them lead a healthier lifestyle. A dietician and a wellness counselor were present to provide factual information and dispel myths about healthy eating and foods that provide optimal nourishment. Wellness counselor helped participants realize the importance of maintaining work-life balance and how to overcome limiting beliefs and patterns.
