Al Bustan Centre & Residence staff receives recognition for loyalty and dedication

Al Bustan Centre and Residence, the popular hotel-apartment among tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, recently honoured 45 of its staff with Long Service Awards.
With an impressive 150 years of service between them, the awardees this year include 35 staff who were recognised for their two years of service; six staff were given 5 years Long Service Award; two staff have been serving in the hotel for 10 years; and another two were with the hotel for 15 years.
Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer of Al Bustan Centre & Residence, said: “I express my heartfelt congratulations and warm gratitude to our hotel employees who have been with us for many years. They are our most important asset. Their dedication underlines the continuing growth of our hotel business and our strong relationship with our clients and guests.”
“I am delighted to recognise the commitment and loyalty of our staff and this ceremony gives us the opportunity to publicly thank them and acknowledge the service they have given over the years,” added Mr. El Hayek, who handed out Long Service crystal plaques, Long Service pins, Certificates of Recognition and led a cake-cutting celebration with the department heads.
Mr. El Hayek also encouraged the new employees to learn from their senior colleagues to further hone their skills and build sustainable careers within the hotel.
One of the awardees, ABCR chief accountant Mr. Riad Essio, said: “I have stayed in Al Bustan for the last 11 years because the company truly carries out its motto "Feel at Home." Home for me means comfort, safety, security and care – all these I have found in Al Bustan. I always feel that I am part of Al Bustan and I have also contributed to make the hotel the best place to work in.”
