Al Bustan Centre & Residence, the popular hotel-apartment among tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, will highlight the completion of its $4 million renovation at Arabian Travel Market, the largest travel and tourism exhibition in the Middle East.

The renovation of all its 640 guest rooms and facilities which started early last year was aimed at providing guests a comfortable and memorable stay and also to remain competitive in the market especially with the rise of new properties and brands to the city.

Despite the major decline of tourists from Russia and CIS countries during the first quarter of 2015, Al Bustan managed to attain 80% occupancy by adapting suitable strategies that include tapping new upcoming markets. “We have been always engaged in planning and introducing new ventures and versatile services for our guests,” El Hayek added.
