Ajman Bank named ‘Best Small Bank’ by Ethos Consultancy

Ajman Bank, an award-winning financial services institution committed to transforming the experience of Islamic banking, announced today that it had been named the “Best Small Bank” at the 2011 Bank Benchmark Index Awards. The award was presented to the bank by Ethos Consultancy during the ceremony as part of UAE Customer Service Week. 

The Bank Benchmark Index Awards are based on research conducted by Ethos Consultancy which uses trained researchers, acting as prospective customers, to measure customer service at a bank’s branch, call centre, and website. Ajman Bank was recognised for its commitment to transparency and focus on delivering a personalised and efficient service across all its operations.

In 2010, we were ranked third in customer service among all Islamic banks in the country and today we are proud to be named ‘Best’ in our league of banks. “The Ethos award is the latest accolade received by the bank. In March, Ajman Bank’s Home Finance product was named the region’s best at the 2011 Banker Middle East Product Awards. In 2010, Ajman Bank was named the UAE’s Best Domestic Bank at the Islamic Business & Finance Awards,” said Asad Batla, Group Head Retail Banking, Ajman Bank.
