Abu Dhabi University Knowledge Group (ADUKG) will, on Sunday 3rd May, launch the UAE’s very first Lead Without a Title leadership development programme. Developed by leadership guru Robin Sharma, and delivered by expert facilitators, this revolutionary system aims to develop exceptional leaders across every level of any organisation.

The Lead Without a Title ‘Leaders Growing Leaders’ programme, running from 3 – 7 May at the Yas Island Rotana, Abu Dhabi, was developed by Robin Sharma during 16 years of working with leading Fortune 500 companies. This is the first time that the programme has been delivered in the UAE, providing the region’s professionals with an outstanding opportunity to benefit from this inspirational course.

Participants on the programme will work through eight interactive modules designed to maximise retention of critical personal and professional skills. Company-sponsored participants will also complete an additional two-day certification course which equips them to deliver the Lead Without a Title ‘Leaders Growing Leaders’ programme to other employees in their own organisations.

“We are very pleased to be bringing this exceptional leadership development programme to the UAE for the first time. In doing so, it provides another example of how ADUKG always focuses on delivering the latest thinking and innovation to the region. It also demonstrates our continual drive to support individuals and organisations in the UAE and wider MENA region with the very best international programmes and accreditations,” said Dr. Ahmad Badr, CEO of ADUKG.

Robin Sharma is the author of 15 international bestselling leadership books, and has been ranked as one of the world’s Top 5 Leadership Speakers by Speaking.com. The programme will be delivered by Michael Castle, ADUKG’s Director of Professional & Leadership Programmes, and Al Moscardelli, CEO and Master Facilitator of Lead Without a Title Global, Inc.

The dream began with the Charter of Abu Dhabi University in the year 2000, After three years of planning, the university opened its doors in September 2003, to an entering class of 1,000 students on its two campuses in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Unlike other colleges and universities in the UAE, ADU undertook the measures necessary to ensure that all of the degree programs it would offer had secured accreditation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in advance of any students enrolling in them.

ADU offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees based upon the American model of higher education.
