ADNOC launches initiative to honour UAE National Service employees

ADNOC launched today a Commemoration Day initiative to honour its employees who are performing their National Service, placing scarves in the UAE national colours with the ‘UAE National Service’ logo and the UAE Flag on every National Service employee’s desk.
H.E. Dr Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, UAE Minister of State and ADNOC Group CEO said: “We are proud of all our employees who have the honour to carry out their national service. We encourage all our employees to perform this duty and gain the honour of contributing to the security, safety and stability of the country.”
“It is our national and moral duty to always remember our heroic armed forces for their courageous efforts to protect our homeland. The least we can offer our national service heroes is a reminder that they are appreciated and remembered and their return is awaited. This initiative seeks to unify the hearts and minds of ADNOC’s family and instil in everyone that we all share the same ideals and we are all working as a family towards achieving the best for the country”
ADNOC has issued a message to management teams at all its group companies to maintain the offices of those who have left to perform the UAE National Service, and decorate them with a scarf that holds the national service logo and the UAE flag.
