ADM to Meet Bani Yas West Residents This Monday

The Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport (DMAT) - Abu Dhabi City Municipality will meet the residents of Bani Yas West on Monday 18 September from 07:00 pm to 09:00 pm. The gathering, which will be held in cooperation with the strategic partners and relevant local institutions, will take place at Family Development Foundation premises in Bani Yas. It aims to identify the aspirations and satisfy the needs of the population in order to provide all the means of decent living for citizens and residents alike.

The forum also aims to boost cooperation with the people of Bani Yas West in order to achieve public services development plans and improve the standard of living & service facilities in the area. From this standpoint, the Municipality invites all population to attend the event and make it a success. This would realize the shared vision of our prudent government by enhancing communal partnership in molding concepts & perceptions capable of leveraging services in a way that realizes the vision of shrewd government.

The Municipality seeks to build bridges of communication with the people of the capital & suburbs, identify their needs, receive their suggestions and discuss the best methods to serve them. Such gatherings offer an opportunity for transparent dialogue and inform the people about the projects carried out in their area and in the capital in general, besides highlighting the importance of such gatherings in improving the standard of social & economic life in the city. They also enable the Municipality to identify the needs & aspirations of the population and try to materialize them on ground through development projects and premium public services.

The Municipality called on the residents to enhance their participation & communication with the Municipality, stressing its keenness to open up and interact with the residents' suggestions, basing on the Municipality's vision aimed to ensure superior quality of life and sustainable environment for the residents of Abu Dhabi city and suburbs.

The gathering will review and upgrade the current key service projects in Bani Yas West to measure up to the aspirations and needs of the populace as per the comprehensive development plans and development priorities in the area, including parks, road network and public service facilities. The gathering will also consider the future services aimed to leverage service offering, and complete comprehensive development plans to fulfill the needs & requirements of the population and ensure civilized living.
