“Choices” International Dinner Buffet at Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha

Located on the first floor, Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha’s all-day dining restaurant, Choices, invites guests to indulge in an unlimited and wide selection of International dinner buffets from Saturday through Wednesday, 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM. 

The carefully crafted buffet menu comprises a selection of regional and international favorites from a line of cured, aged, and aromatic cheese displays, salads, fresh sushi or sashimi, classic dishes, and delightful desserts. 

The selection of live chicken rotisserie, meat carving, and signature dishes at the live cooking station adds sight, sounds, and aromas to the vibrant atmosphere of "Choices".

"Choices" is well-known for its outstanding spread of Seafood Night dinner buffet every Thursday serving all the fresh catch seafood from the ocean and for its chilled, sophisticated, and fun Cosmopolitan American-inspired brunch every Friday.
