Plans for a Sakhir City to be constructed around the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) are now in their final stages. According to the GDN, the city is expected to include at least one hotel, a motorsport-themed restaurant, retail outlets, an automobile factory and other motor industry related features.
BIC general manager Martin Whitaker conveyed plans for Sakhir City were now in their final stages and once finalized the BIC would be approaching investors.
